Tuesday, Oct 19, 2010      The final stages of adoption of Windsor Village’s Historic Preservation Overlay Zone (HPOZ) are now truly in sight – we have hearings before the Planning and Land Use Management committee (PLUM) on Tuesday, October 19 followed by a hearing before the City Council on Wednesday, Oct 20th. Should all go as planned, the City Council will adopt an ordinance giving historic status to Windsor Village. In addition to adopting the HPOZ, the City Council is expected to adopt a redesigned Preservation Plan and guidelines for the HPOZ Board, both of which will be shared with our neighbors: Wilshire Park and Country Club Park.
